Who is the workshop intended for?

The training program “Train the Trainer” is designed for managers who are responsible for the training of their employees, internal trainers and others who want to improve their knowledge in this field.

Training objectives

The three-day training programme covers all the necessary elements needed for the top training professional. Our "Train the Trainer" program will help participants transform existing training procedures in a multidimensional, interactive and motivating experience. The program is based on the principles of teaching and presenting to adults, the strategy of the left/right side of brain, psychology and emotions in learning, and many other techniques that will help both beginners and experienced trainers. The focus is on the application in three areas - individual, group, and training at the workplace. The training will provide participants with the basic knowledge of executive coaching too.
