Who is the workshop intended for?

The training program “How to improve sales through ChatGPT?” is intended for managers and company owners who want to improve sales communication using AI technology.

Training objectives

During the training, participants will be introduced to the basics of ChatGPT and techniques for creating effective prompts, which ultimately leads to improving existing sales materials and communication techniques through exercises and feedback. During the training, participants will learn to practically create sales tools such as Value Proposition Canvas, Empathy Map and sales scenarios.

Workshop content

  • Introduction to LLM systems and ChatGPT – a brief overview of the basics of how ChatGPT works and the differences compared to search engines such as Google.
  • Creating prompts – understanding the elements of a good prompt and using variables to personalize responses
  • Exercise – participants create prompts for basic sales and communication situations with the support of a trainer.
  • Creation of VPC (Value Proposition Canvas) – presentation of the application of VPC on a selected business example.
  • Empathy Map – creating a questionnaire for the Empathy Map that helps better understanding of customers.
  • Creation of sales offers and scenarios for conversation with the customer – formulation of offers and scenarios for different sales situations.
  • Exercise – participants apply the tools on their own examples.
  • Analysis of selected sales materials – review of samples such as websites, catalogs, brochures, newsletters. Identification of improvement opportunities for the purpose of better transfer of value to customers.
  • Exercise – participants use ChatGPT to improve the communication value of their materials with the facilitation of a trainer.
  • Responding to objections and using the SBIC feedback form – presentation of techniques for a structured response to objections and building a positive tone in communication.
  • Dealing with “NO” in sales – an approach to formulating a constructive response when rejecting a request.
  • Identification of “pain points” through the customer journey map – analysis of touch points with the customer and recognition of potential negative experiences.
  • Exercise – participants apply the tool on real examples from their practice.
  • Conclusion and discussion on the application of acquired skills in the work environment
  • Suggestion of additional steps for further application of ChatGPT
