It is recommended that the participants have previously adopted basic negotiating knowledge and skills that are the subject of the training "Efficient Business Negotiation", or have significant experience in the negotiation field.
The training program “Negotiation Skills 3. – advanced business negotiation” is intended for the heads of departments, directors, board members. It is recommended that participants have previously acquired the basic negotiating skills and knowledge covered at the workshop “Effective Negotiation Skills I.,” or that they have a significant practical, senior-level negotiation experience.
Participants will be introduced with advanced negotiation techniques needed for a sophisticated approach to the negotiation process, mapping of other negotiation parties, as well as analysis of the process itself.
