Who is the workshop intended for?

The training program “Stress Management” is intended for all employees, regardless of their position in the company, who are exposed to excessive stress on a daily basis and need to know how to manage it.

After training, the participants will have raised awareness of the causes of stress, learn what stress is and get acquainted with practical techniques that will help them manage their own experience of stress.
