The training program “Personal development and wellbeing” is intended for employees and managers from various industries who want to better manage their emotional states and learn how to bring themselves to a resourceful state by recognizing their strengths. During the training program, participants will learn to recognize strengths (resources) in other team members and how to use this knowledge as a motivational tool.
Learning style represents the way in which people perceive and process information, and in the process acquire new knowledge and skills. Understanding one's own and other people's learning styles helps to deal more successfully with the challenges we encounter during business processes. Changing the focus from 'I don't know' or 'I can't' to 'What did I learn from this situation' or 'What skill do I lack to be more successful' greatly affects personal growth and development. Encouraging reflection, focusing on one's strengths, and changing perspective affect the increase in the feeling of satisfaction at work.
