The training program “Stress Management with mindfulness” is designed for employees who have a stressful job and would like to bear with it better, develop resilience, calmness and increase their productivity and focus.
The training program aims to show the negative influence of stress on one’s health, to introduce you to mindfulness and to teach you how to incorporate mindfulness into your life. It will teach you how to use mindfulness in everyday situations, how to become aware of yourself, your emotional states, sensations, thoughts and feelings. Also, you will learn different mindfulness techniques and to understand which mindfulness technique is the best for dealing with a specific problem.
