The training program “Sales Skills 1 – Basic program” is intended for sales staff and sales managers, inexperienced salespeople, salespeople who travel and go to meetings and employees and companies who want to improve sales results.
The aim of the program is to teach participants the basic sales steps from the beginning - research until the conclusion of the sale. They will also learn how to properly ask questions, meet customer wishes, and properly handle complaints.
