The training program “Sales Skills 2 – Advanced program” is intended for sales staff and sales managers, people who come into contact with potential or current customers, salespeople who travel and go to meetings and employees and companies who want to improve sales results.
Participants will learn how to handle specific situations on the go, which even experienced salespeople are struggling with. The goal is to overcome typical price complaints, delivery times, purchase conditions, and behavioural techniques in demanding situations.
