Who is the workshop intended for?

The training program “Financial Analysis – Interpretation of Indicators and Cashflow Projections” is designed for owners, management and controlling, strategic planning, internal audit, compliance monitoring and other organizational units dealing with business environment analysis, strategic guidelines, business operations and a holistic approach to risk management.

 

Training objectives

After training, participants will be able to link all financial statements and indicators into a wider picture of the business and customer status, identify and analyze key indicators and apply the results of the analysis to produce reports, explain credit trends in individual positions and elaborate analysis conclusions.They will also be able to identify what affects the customer's cash flow, make estimates of future customer cash trends, make a detailed analysis of the client's capital structure and choose a suitable product or set of client products.

  • Non-financial information on business performance, linking financial ratios to non-financial information for the purpose of adequate financial risk management and investments
  • Analysis of competition, benchmarking.
