Who is the workshop intended for?

The “Complexity Management” training program is intended for middle and senior management and specialists for controlling and managing processes.

 

 

Training objectives

The purpose of the training program is to introduce participants to the process, tools and techniques that enable organizations and their people to create and implement winning strategies in conditions of chaos as an order. They will be able to: read information from the wider and narrower external and internal environment, apply the stakeholder concept and act according to four basic business principles (continuity, stability, economic justification), create an advantage at the strategic level and retain leadership by applying learning organization theory and tools; techniques from strategic management, apply and implement the concept of measuring and managing the development of excellence.

Workshop content

 

  • transformational leadership and the transformation of managerial roles and responsibilities
  • analytical procedures in the preparation of selection and creation of strategies
  • defining strategic intentions (vision, mission, core values, key areas of action and long-term goals, stakeholder relations)
  • development of a strategic map (strategic initiatives, priorities, feasibility, effects, resources, goals, measures and metrics)
  • creating preconditions for the implementation of strategies (Deming PDCA cycle, BSC, restructuring)
  • intellectual capital management (people, market, innovation, processes)
  • measures and metrics, risk management, troubleshooting and introduction of changes and improvements, the synergy of effectiveness and efficiency
  • blue and hunted ocean strategies
