Team Leading 1 – Basic skills

"The leader is the first who should behave the way he or she preaches," or in accordance with the company's business standards and the expectations of its team members."

Who is the workshop intended for?

The training program “Team Leading 1 – Basic skills” is intended for anyone who has recently come to the position of team leader or department manager and should organize the job and motivate others to achieve results.
