Who is the workshop intended for?

The training program  Leading remote teams helps leaders deal successfully with the current situation.  It also includes strategies to motivate and support employees, increase self-awareness and tools for increasing productivity.

Training objectives

Successful work from home (according to the Gallup survey from 2020), as much as 70% depends on the commitment of managers and their support to employees. The goal of the program is to further reduce fear and insecurity towards leading remote teams (mental stability of team members ) and enable participants to gain confidence in themselves and the tools of this specific way of leadership, which will improve team cohesion.
