Nikola Nikšić, CMC

Nikola is a Management Consultant (CMC) licensed by ICMCI (The International Council of Management Consulting Institutes), a Certified Business Excellence Assessor at EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) and a Chartered Accountant. Out of a total of 35 years of work experience in the country and abroad, he worked for 24 years in the positions of manager for strategy, finance, accounting and controlling management. Of these, he spent six years abroad on international projects, and 12 years as a manager in companies owned by international groups.

He deals with management consulting, services in the field of organization and business economics and business education. As a guest lecturer, he occasionally gives lectures on topics in business economics at VERN and the Financial Club at the Faculty of Economics and Business of Zagreb.

He won the “Primus” award in 2011 for the best business consultant in Croatia in the field of strategic management and organizational development.
