Mirela Saračević Trogrlić

Mirela is a business consultant with extensive corporate experience and expertise in the field of customer experience, marketing, digital transformation and project management. She has gained more than twenty years of experience in international corporations in several different industries – investment banking, media and telecommunications.

Mirela has extensive experience in project management and management at the local and international level. In the last 10 years, her field of activity has been experience design through innovation, transformation and conscious action aligned with values and purpose. In her work, she uses numerous tools and methods of creative thinking and innovative approaches. She likes to combine knowledge from different fields – design, psychology, anthropology, behavioral economics. She is a great advocate of end-user-centric design.

She is engaged in business consulting and training in the field of CX, EX, UX, business strategy and project management. She also works as a trainer and facilitator of the Design Thinking methodology. She is a certified Scrum Master, Executive Coach (AoEC), NLP and POY practitioner. She believes that we must never stop learning.
