Leadership, Organisational Development
Azra Meyer
With over 20 years of experience in the Agile and IT field, Azra is a highly experienced Agile consultant, trainer, and transformation partner working with organisations across Europe. With a strong academic background in IT studies, she combines technical understanding with deep expertise in organisational change and modern ways of working.
Throughout her career, she has supported companies in building high-performing teams and implementing Agile practices at team, program, and organisational levels. She trains and coaches teams in Agile frameworks and methods such as Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, as well as scaled approaches including LeSS, SAFe, and Scrum of Scrums. Her work spans from team-level agility to large-scale enterprise transformations.
As a consultant, she partners with leadership teams and executives to design sustainable Agile operating models, improve product delivery, and strengthen value-driven thinking. She brings extensive hands-on experience from real transformation environments, not only theoretical knowledge.
Her training style is highly interactive and engaging. As a certified trainer in the Training from the Back of the Room methodology, she designs workshops that are practical, dynamic, and participant-centered, whether delivered in person or online. Her sessions are built around experiential learning, collaboration, and immediate real-world application.
She is an active member of the international Agile community and regularly speaks at conferences such as Lean Agile London and Metaforum, sharing insights from her practical experience in Agile transformation and product development.
Outside of her professional work she expresses her creativity through music – she sings jazz and enjoys performing whenever time allows.
