Tijana Sekulić, CMC

Tijana Sekulić is a consultant and trainer for digital and green transformation with more than 15 years of experience in developing business strategies, educating and implementing innovative solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises. As a certified management consultant (CMC) and AI Manager licensed by Austrian Standards, helps companies in their digital transformation.

In cooperation with her colleague Miodrag Kostić, Tijana developed and designed the training methodologysets of educational cards — “Green transformations and circular economies”, “AI solutions” and “Organizational health”.These cards encourage discussion, creativity and collective learning in teams, and have been applied in dozens of companies, institutions and projects financed by EU funds (WE.Circular, CAROUSEL, Policy Answers).

Her trainings are known for their interactivity, practicality, and warm, supportive atmosphere that encourages participants to learn from each other and become agents of change in their communities.
