This training “Employee engagement as a prerequisite for success” is intended for all employees who want to build the organization’s capacity for positive change and who have the responsibility and ability to influence the culture of the organization, as well as the attitude of employees. Amongst them are primarily HR Managers, but understanding this concept is very important for company owners too.
The goal of the training is to introduce the concept of employee engagement at the workplace so that can be used as a management tool. Additional goal is to explain engagement in the context of the organization's success and to discover how and in what way it can be built, measured, and linked to the company's profitability. Best practices examples will be used at the training - through joint exercises and discussion the participants will have the opportunity to develop and examine this concept within their specific work environment.
