Who is the workshop intended for?

The training program “Telemarketing” is intended for anyone whose telephone sales are the basic or occasional way of work, salespeople who sell exclusively through the telephone, telephone sales auxiliary staff, telephone dealers for sales meetings and administrative and other staff in telephone contact with customers.
