Who is the workshop intended for?

The training program “Sustainable Development – Entry Level” is for managers, leaders and all other individuals who want to raise awareness of the importance of sustainability or want to learn more about this area in order to improve their business practices.

Training objectives

The training is interactive, participants participate in tasks through which they master the basics of sustainable development and become aware of how to improve business practices within their company. One of the fundamental goals of the education is to introduce the participant to the concept of sustainable development, provide him with an understanding of the basics through practical examples and learn how to implement what he has learned in the organization.

Workshop content

• personal introduction and introduction to the basics of Sustainable Development (presentation of the meaning, introduction to the term ESG through 3 pillars, presentation of the differences between Sustainable Development and Socially Responsible Business)
• 17 Sustainable Development Goals (presentation of all 17 goals, reflection on which goals are most important to us for our business, Short workshop on setting the most important goals)
• basic concepts we encounter through ESG with an emphasis on Greenwashing (What is Greenwashing, well-known examples of Greenwashing, why not resort to Greenwashing?)
• EU taxonomy and ESRS (GRI) (presentation of basic legal obligations, but also voluntary options, reporting framework with sample questionnaires)
• company strategy and values ​​- investing in the future – interactive workshop (How to prepare an ESG Strategy? What are KPIs and how to determine them? The importance of teamwork)
