The training program “Self-motivation – Where is my personal charger?” is intended for people who are aware of self-motivation, but they haven’t discovered it yet.
The training program aims to achieve self-awareness in participants (flexibility = stability), to give participants a basic knowledge on how to think and communicate better, learn how to be more emotionally stable and harmonized and thus be able to cope with higher stress levels. Participants will learn how to motivate themselves and how to be consistent and not procrastinate in demanding situations. Also, they will understand the key steps of self-motivation, take responsibility for themselves, their thoughts, behaviours, and their satisfaction. Lastly, they will be more proactive in expectations of themselves and be more focused on opportunities rather than limitations and problems.
