Who is the workshop intended for?

The “Change Management” training program is intended for middle and senior management, project managers and specialists in controlling and managing processes.

Training objectives

The main goal of this training program is to familiarize participants with modern methodologies of organizational change management through specific case studies and specifically designed exercises. Secondary goals are raising awareness of the inevitability of change and the importance of proactive action, noticing situations that lead to the need for change, and getting to know the psychology of change with application to recognizing personal resistance. Through numerous concrete exercises and examples, the participants will be empowered with new knowledge and skills necessary for constructive management of changes and their consequences, especially in the context of communication with others along the way.

• Psychology of change and awareness of causes and consequences
• Personal and organizational change, readiness for change
• Circle of control and influence
• How to recognize the need for change?
• Overview of several change management methodologies (ADKAR, Satir, Kotter…)
• Lean Change Management – tools and processes
• Exercises for gaining insight, generating options, planning activities, conducting experiments and implementing organizational changes
• Introduction to techniques for working on the business and human dimensions of change
• How to ensure that change takes root and survives?
