Who is the workshop intended for?

The training program “Active listening and asking questions” is intended for managers,  project and team coordinators, as well as other employees who actively communicate with other people.

 

Training objectives

The goal of the training is to raise awareness of active listening and how to improve this valuable skill. Also, the goal of the training is to learn skill of asking open.ended questions. Depending on the given situation, the participants will learn different types of question.
