Who is the workshop intended for?

The training program “Effective Collaborative Communication” is intended for all employees who want to improve their communication skills, those who want to understand and improve their communication style, and learn how to most effectively adapt to the different communication styles of others.

Training objectives

The goal of the training program is to improve communication with colleagues from your own and other departments. The goal is to raise the level of awareness of oneself, the interlocutors and the context of the conversation, one's own behavior and the results it leads to, and to further develop the competence of forming clear messages, quality listening and concrete communication skills for different situations.
