Trikoder d.o.o. – Analysis and problem-solving

Anglo-Adria Management Consulting has started its collaboration with Trikoder d.o.o.
The collaboration started with the training program „Analysis and problem solving“led by Saša Vasung.

Every person instinctively solves a different kind of problem sin everyday life; at work, in the family, at school and in the interaction with other people. While this may not be entirely obvious, the ability to solve problems effectively is one of the most important human skills. It involves analytical and creative thinking, application of logic, initiative, perseverance, teamwork and communication with other people.

This training program aims to understand and learn the process of successful problem-solving. The main goal is to present the methodology of solving complex problems in a clear, interesting and creative way. At the Analysis and problem-solving training program, we teach the most important principles of analyzing complex problems and making decisions about them. Also, we practice applying various techniques that aim to improve the specific individual skills and abilities of each participant.

During the training program, through exercises for encouraging lateral and creative thinking, we teach how to analyse and solve specific problems both in the team and individual work. By solving numerous fun tasks and riddles, we prepare for solving more complex situations in business and private life.
