Who is the workshop intended for?

The advanced level of the “Project management-advanced level” training program is intended for project managers who want to acquire the necessary knowledge that will give them the prerequisites for obtaining the title of certified project manager. The training can also be of great benefit to other profiles of people who participate in project implementation – team leaders, business analysts, product managers and other specialists.

Training objectives

The aim of this training is to introduce the participants in detail to all components of the project management methodology. The training will cover all parts of the project life cycle together with all areas of management that the project manager must take care of. The training is based on the best practices of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and on generally accepted knowledge, techniques, methodologies and applicable standards.

Precondition:

• Project management – entry level
• Completing the self-assessment test of previously acquired knowledge
