Who is the workshop intended for?

The training program “Self Management” is intended for all people who are ready to start working on improving their potential, or investing in their personal development.

 

Training objectives

The goal of the training is to increase the awareness and responsibility of each individual, to introduce the participants to the techniques and methods of discovering their own space for progress and the cause of resistance to change and their hidden potential and resources. In this way, the goal is to encourage the person to proactively approach their own development and actions, both professionally and personally, in order to reach the desired and conscious deep changes.

Workshop content

  • understanding the general tendencies of the person, the fundamental strengths and the room for progress
  • accepting own advantages and disadvantages, and own responsibilities and roles in achieving desired shifts
  • meta-processing – looking at oneself from the outside, considering options and images of the future
  • focusing – making certain decisions and actively directing one’s own behaviour
  • theory of choice – a new look at your own influence and strength to create the kind of life we ​​want to lead
  • coordination – Defining a new approach and energy for the desired goals.
