Organizing and conducting meetings

"The meeting can be effective only if prepared and planned, everything else is a waste of time. Fortunately, the ability to lead and participate in good meetings can be learned."

Who is the workshop intended for?

The training program “Organizing and conducting meetings” is intended for all business meeting participants.

Training objectives

It is far too often for the meetings to end up being a waste of our time, and when we get a record, it seems to us to describe a meeting that has nothing to do with the one we were in. Meetings are a key part of an organization functioning and it is difficult for them to function at all without meetings. The aim of the training is to teach students how to recognize the specific advantages and disadvantages of their own business meetings, recognize the features of a good meeting, and learn how to prepare, structure and monitor successful meetings.
