"Working with people can be pleasant and effective if we understand that our dominant style is the direct result of the two choices our brain makes on an unconscious basis: how we approach a certain task and how we think or what we feel about a particular task."
The training program “Accelerate Personal Progress” is intended for leaders, managers, human resource employees, lecturers, trainers, educators, and those who share information with other people and it is important for them that the other party equally understands what they are thinking.
The way people perceive and process information, while adopting new knowledge and skills, is called the style of learning. Understanding our own and other styles of learning helps to better transfer knowledge and thus become a better educator/trainer/manager, but also a recipient of knowledge. The goal of the training program is to learn how to apply the strategy of experiential learning (ELT) developed by David Kolb, and Honey and Mumford who have made it applicable and accessible through 4 different learning styles (Reflector, Theoretician, Pragmatic and Activist).
DURATION: TWO-DAY TRAINING PROGRAM
