The webinar season has begun!

The interactive webinar „Creating and setting up an incentive-based rewards system“ was the first among all the other webinars that will happen during this autumn season. With a bunch of active participants and the experienced trainer Marino Miloš, who shared his career-based experiences, the perfect combination of both theoretical and practical knowledge was achieved. The participants had the opportunity to learn the basic principles and elements of an incentive-based rewards system, how to connect the fixed and the variable wage systems and what are the practical experiences of comparable organizations. During the webinar, participants worked in small groups and then shared their ideas to make a group discussion. That resulted in applying gained knowledge to real-life situations.
