Anglo-Adria at Leadership & HR Business Arena 2015.


At the end of April Dubrovnik was yet again a host of Leadership & HR Business Arena, international conference with the aim of gathering and providing an opportunity for mutual learning and exchange of experiences.  The conference was attended by speakers and panelists, executives, Human Resources managers, sales and PR professionals from various regional and global companies.

With its interactive workshop, Anglo-Adria gave a notable contribution too. Our trainer Marina Taslak intrigued the assembled participants with the very theme of the workshop, which is increasingly present in the development plans of many domestic and international companies – how to make teams and companies more systematically (rather than accidentally and purely spontaneously) innovative, how to create a clear path from research needs and gaps, defining challenges, through the production of ideas to the implementation of selected ones, as well as and active involvement of others.

The workshop named “Personality Poker – Playing the Game – Making Innovation Happen in Your Company”, presented the model of the 5 steps in the process of innovation, a model crated by one of the greatest minds of our time in the field of creativity and innovation – Stephen Shapiro. Through the introduction, somewhat different “poker” and via interesting discussion, the workshop made identifying “the right people” for the “real role” in the “right time during  the process” more clear to the participants.
