Who is the workshop intended for?

The “Self-Awareness, Self-Management and Self-Care” training program is intended for individuals who want to consciously manage the quality of their lives. It will also help managers who want to improve their team leadership skills and individuals who want to manage themselves well, by mastering one of the key components of emotional intelligence – self-awareness, gaining insight into individual strengths and areas for growth. The training provides understanding in managing emotions, setting and achieving positive goals, feeling and showing empathy towards others.

Self-awareness is defined as the ability to be aware of your inner life — your emotions, thoughts, behaviors, values, preferences, goals, strengths, challenges, attitudes, ways of thinking — and how these elements influence behavior and choices. Self-management is developing techniques for managing your emotions and reactions, ensuring composure in every situation.
