Who is the workshop intended for?

The training program is intended for professionals who want to understand the fundamentals of Agile ways of working and modern project delivery. It is especially suitable for managers and team leads, project managers, HR and IT professionals, executives leading transformation initiative and anyone involved in product development or change initiatives.

No prior Agile experience is required.
