Leadership training program for Alter Modus managers

In the beautiful surroundings of the Ethno Village of Montenegro, in the north of Montenegro, on April 27 and 28, 2025, a two-day business training was held for managers of Alter Modus branch offices. The training was led by Mladen Jančić, known for his extensive experience in leadership development and organizational behavior.

Titled “Situational Leadership and the Leader as Coach”, the training brought together 13 managers with the goal of strengthening their leadership competencies in day-to-day team management.

Throughout the training, participants demonstrated strong motivation and a desire for continuous learning. The combination of group work, open exchange of experiences, and feedback created a supportive environment for personal development and team connection. Feedback from the participants was overwhelmingly positive, with many highlighting how the coaching-based leadership style offered a fresh and inspiring perspective for working with their teams.
