A regular four-day annual Train the Trainer programme was completed on 29.03.2012. in Zagreb . As in previous years, the participants had an opportunity to exchange their existing experience in the field of design and implementation of training, as well as to learn about the latest findings in this field. The participants (mainly internal trainers) came from the leading banking and insurance companies, as well as nonprofit/public sector.
The training was held under the expert guidance of Jasna Bratulić and Mladen Jancic.
