
At traditional regional gathering of sales professionals “Super Salesman 2012” held on 15.11.2012. at hotel Westin in Zagreb, Anglo-Adria trainer Mladen Jancic gave one lecture and two training workshops. In the lecture, titled “Bargaining Our Daily”, Mladen highlighted the consequences of such practices both in business and personal affairs. He spent the majority of the lecture time explaining practical aspects of this approach to trade.
At the training workshop “15 Most Common Sales Objections and How to Manage Them” participants had the opportunity to test themselves on the “moments of truth”, i.e. to answer questions that are considered the toughest in the conversation between the seller and the buyer. After that they had a chance to compare the results with what is recommended to do in such situations.
Both the lecture and the training workshop participants expressed their satisfaction with the practical advice gainedf or improving the sales process.
