The training was led by Mladen Jan\u010di\u0107, known for his extensive experience in leadership development and organizational behavior.<\/p>\n<p>Titled <em>\u201cSituational Leadership and the Leader as Coach\u201d<\/em>, the training brought together 13 managers with the goal of strengthening their leadership competencies in day-to-day team management.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the training, participants demonstrated strong motivation and a desire for continuous learning. The combination of group work, open exchange of experiences, and feedback created a supportive environment for personal development and team connection.
