We are happy and proud that we successfully trained, all in good company while having fun, the 14th generation of trainers with new knowledge and skills,<\/p>\n

The “Train the Trainer” training program is designed to equip trainees with the skills and techniques necessary to perform effective training. This training program is also useful for internal trainers who are responsible for training within their organizations and who want to improve their teaching skills.<\/p>\n

Main features of the training program:<\/p>\n

  1. Comprehensive curriculum: <\/strong>Covers all aspects of training, from planning and preparation to execution and evaluation.<\/li>\n
  2. E<\/strong>xpertise: <\/strong>The training program is led by Mladen Jan\u010di\u0107, a trainer with over\u00a0 30 years of experience in coaching teams.<\/li>\n
  3. Interactive Learning: <\/strong>The training is designed to include hands-on exercises, role-playing and real-world scenarios to build confidence and competence.<\/li>\n
  4. Feedback: <\/strong>Learn how to receive constructive feedback on your training style and methods, along with guidance on areas for improvement.<\/li>\n
