They have been on the market for about 30 years and as such have recognized the need to polish their skills in order to be even better in the period ahead.<\/p>\n<p>The first modular development training we did with employees is Time and Self-management. Time management is a skill and it can be perfected to be even more successful in completing tasks. But before that, it is necessary to turn to myself and see what I am missing in order to manage time.<\/p>\n<p>Every day brings us a new 24 hours of life. Many of us make incredible efforts to make the most of every hour. Although part of these &#8220;efforts&#8221; also refers to recreation, a lot of time is spent on business activities. What&#8217;s more &#8211; with the development of the Internet and mobile telephony, we became available 24 hours a day. If technology was invented to help people and speed up some processes, then why do we chronically feel a lack of time?<\/p>\n<p>Some of the possible answers and additional questions can be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We told ourselves that we have to work harder, and better.<\/li>\n<li>Someone else may have told us.<\/li>\n<li>We are in a business environment that requires a lot of information and statistics.<\/li>\n<li>We easily lose focus and our motivation is low.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Through discussion, exercises, and reflection on what they have learned, the participants became aware of who is stealing their time and what everyone must pay attention to in order to be efficient. The skill of time management is a skill that must be renewed from time to time, because the period in which we live is full of challenges and unpredictability and the constant need to prioritize work, and time does not stand still, but flows, and if we do not use it in the best possible way &#8211; we will not be able to recover.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The company Fom is one of the leading Croatian distributors of door fittings.
