Strong teams move the organization, and push it towards its goals, on that journey, sometimes exhausting, all its participants continue to develop and grow. Strong teams respect each other, respect differences, share values, communicate clearly, foster a culture of feedback and share common goals.<\/p>\n<p>Building a strong team is a process, especially in large organizations where, due to the amount of work and the number of employees, it is necessary to regularly work on &#8216;refreshing&#8217; the team spirit and strengthening the team&#8217;s internal strength.<\/p>\n<p>Activities of &#8216;refreshing&#8217; and strengthening the team spirit are best achieved in a relaxed atmosphere that helps the team to establish and strengthen cooperation and mutual trust.<\/p>\n<p>The ATP company also felt the need for empowerment and strengthening of the spirit, which organized a team building for leaders in the beautiful surroundings of Vuglec Brega. ATP is a company with more than 1,000 employees and is one of the largest integrated design offices in Europe. The architectural office was founded in 1951 in Innsbruck, and since 1976 it has been developing an interdisciplinary partnership based on monitoring and providing all architectural and engineering services to its investors from one location.<\/p>\n<p>Interdisciplinary teams design complete solutions for complex construction projects at ten European locations. The international experience gained over decades is based on the work of the parent company and sister companies that act as an integral designer in ten European metropolises: Vienna, Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin, Nuremberg, Zurich, Moscow, Budapest, Zagreb, and at the headquarters in Innsbruck (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.atp.ag\/Integralno-projektiranje\/\">ATP.AG<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>There was no lack of a good atmosphere, with growth and development through communication training, motivation in the team and feedback, a wine tasting room, beautiful nature, and a beautiful autumn day, we believe that the management team has strengthened itself for new victories and projects.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Teams are the strength of any organization.
