With\u00a0a bunch of active participants and the experienced trainer Marino Milo\u0161, who shared his career-based experiences, the perfect combination of both theoretical and practical knowledge was achieved. The participants had the opportunity to learn the basic principles and elements of an incentive-based rewards system, how to connect the fixed and the variable wage systems and what are the practical experiences of comparable organizations. During the webinar, participants worked in small groups and then shared their ideas to make a group discussion.
